It's priced fair, clean, close to family for visiting. Their main breakfast person is super clean, keeps stuff hot and she is the best... makes a routine. breakfast special.

This is our spot to stay when we’re driving from Seattle to Reno. The rooms are comfortable and we love the two queen with pullout couch. Breakfast is good enough. The thing that really shines is the staff- every time we’ve been they’ve all been amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we have what we need/have a great stay.

The hotel staff and service were very friendly and helpful! The room was nice, but the bathtub was a bit clogged and the AC was very loud. I liked the breakfast area and enjoyed the yogurt and waffles they provided. Overall, a very decent hotel for travelers! [Another thing: During my stay, the internet was fully out. It was really boring and frustrating, I can’t do my work because of it. ]

Rooms were huge and actually cleaned. The house keepers weren't breaking their necks on a time limit I think . Pool and hot tub worked so bravo 5/5

Aug 2025 Stay—Six months later and the return stay was 5-stars. I did leave feedback in an email survey, something very minor that I noticed about a TV setting in my room; and management sent a very professional email thanking me and even outlined specific actions they took with checking the settings of TVs throughout the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again. __ Feb 2025 Stay—Staff provides 5-star hospitality. They answered all of my questions, and nothing seemed to be a bother or interruption. It's $2 to wash, and $2 to dry if you need self serve laundry. The room was very clean. Parking felt safe. If you need something to eat, be prepared to drive rather than walk, it's a bit of a distance. Would stay here again, but know it's a franchised location, and things are priced for convenience. They maintain an upper scale vibe though, so the value is there.

I do a lot of traveling and when I do I review. This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed at so far. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast and the coffee was actually good. Not that watered down stuff but actual good coffee. Only issue was the pillows for us. They were too squishy and flat. But the bed was comfy and the room stayed cool Washer and dryer did well. And nice size selection for breakfast. Eggs, and hard boiled ones too, bacon, sausage, all the toast, bagels, cereal etc. Great selection and the lady that does the breakfast was so sweet! Nice to talk to, asking if we needed anything and front staff. So nice too. Last night and this morning our check in and out were really smooth and kind. Hands down not a bad deal. Would totally stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this particular Comfort Inn on several occasions. It is always reliable, consistent, and includes friendly staff. It’s also very quiet as it is off a bit from I-5 but still provides easy access to the freeway plus all things Eugene and Springfield.

The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. We arrived before check in time and the front desk agent gave us some recommendations for coffee shops in the area and it was a great spot! The room was clean and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in for a hotel (which has been quite a few). The complimentary breakfast was delicious with good options. Definitely will stay here again and recommend this to family and friends visiting Eugene!
